As a trainer, I recognise that every individual’s goals are unique. Whether you are aiming to lose weight, increase your fitness levels or gain muscle, your goal can be achieved through my highly customised programs.
Through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, core strengthening, circuit training and a bit of sweat we will achieve your goals and have some fun along the way!
I offer an enthusiastic, supportive approach. I work with my clients to ensure they have the education, tools and guidance required to guarantee results. Personally, I continually embark on new fitness challenges. I have run multiple full and half marathons.
I recognise the preparation and discipline that is required to achieve big goals and I am experienced at developing realistic plans to reach them.
My greatest success as a trainer is having had the pleasure of witnessing my clients achieve their personal goals. Whether this be finishing their first marathon, dropping that dress size or achieving a new sense of pride and confidence in their personal appearance.
