Elie Khalaf
I have and unlimited amount of respect for the human body, from how it is structured, to how it operates. Nothing makes me happier then when I see someone applying their body to its maximum potential. As a trainer, some of my successes have been helping brides fit into their dream wedding dress, mothers re-living their pre-pregnancy body, and sports people making the cut for a sporting team.
It is my goal to find the strength and will that is inside everyone, and to apply it on my clients through exercise. I am a strong believer that a strong body needs a strong mind, but it takes a little help, a little practice and a lot of fun to make it happen.
I have an exercise and sports science degree which has given me the knowledge to understand how to train different people from all walks of life, from your normal client, to special conditions, to elite athletes. I’ve had extensive experience in Bootcamp style training which is now one of the most successful training styles today. My own sporting career covers track athletics, rugby league, oz-tag, touch football, and my personal favourite Mixed Martial Arts. I like to incorporate MMA into the programs of any of my extra keen clients. My passion is seeing your life change for the better.
