Training in pairs

A discounted training option. For those willing to share the attention while achieving desired results, enjoy the workout with a friend or partner.

Training in small groups

Ideal for friends, family and work colleagues. Activities include fat-burning circuits, boxing, strength training, track and field routines and various fitness challenges. Fun for all fitness levels, both indoors and outdoors.
